Delays: Taqwa Nutri is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions.

Return Policy: You may return unopened products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refund Process: Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items are inspected and approved.
Non-Returnable Items: Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return unless there was an error on our part.
Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Cancellations made after shipping will follow the return policy guidelines.
